Bylaws	Draft a high quality set of bylaws to be presented to Board and membership for approval.
Marketing, Communications & Outreach	Create and implement an organization-wide communication and outreach plan. Promote Buffalo ReUse and its programs through literature, trade shows, press releases, local newspaper articles, social media and other outlets.
Fundraising	Oversee raising money in all aspects: individual donations, fund raising events, large donations, foundation grants, government grants, some aspects of earned income.
Membership	Recruit and engage Buffalo ReUse members; help to develop and maintain a membership program to maximize their experience with Buffalo ReUse.
Safety & Security	Insure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. Address issues of personal and material security at store and office.(:cell :)
Store	Help store and other business staff to increase income, increase productivity and cut costs. Help improve methods of merchandising, material processing and handling, promotion and advertising, customer relations. Research and recommend actions to take regarding new lines of business.
Strategic Planning	Answer the questions: Where do we want to be in one year? Five years? How do we get there?
Technology	Develop and improve website, Point of Sale/Inventory, databases, computer networking, telephony, other hardware and software systems.
