Information on Special Meeting

A special meeting of the members of Buffalo ReUse will be held at 298 Northampton Street, Buffalo, New York, on October 7, 2009 at 6:30pm, for the purpose of the following:

1. Election of the following Directors to the Board of Directors of Buffalo ReUse:

2. Moving to cancel the Special Meeting of the membership previously demanded by the membership and scheduled by action of the Board of Directors for October 26, 2009 at which time the members were to vote on the removal of the present Board and the appointment of interim directors.
